Returns & Exchanges

If in the event you need to request a return or exchange, you must contact us here first, and we will issue you a return-authorization code and provide you with return shipping instructions. Any items returned to us without a return-authorization will not be refunded.

  • “Exchanges” are only for replacing/correcting the exact same item(s) as purchased at time of the original order.
  • All other situations (i.e. customer changed mind regarding size, length, color, etc. after receiving package) are considered “returns” and will be given a refund for the applicable purchase price of the item(s) but not for the shipping which has already been rendered. There is no store credit; actual payment will be refunded via the original method of online payment. If new (different) zippers are needed, a new order must be submitted and may be done so at any time before or after the refund of previous order.

 

If Defective Items or Incorrect Items Were Shipped:

  • Any defective merchandise will be replaced for the same item; incorrect merchandise from what was indicated on the order invoice will be replaced for the correct item. All replacements are of course subject to stock availability – and if the correct item is sold out, we will suggest equivalent alternatives.
  • Defective/incorrect merchandise must be reported via e-mail upon receipt of package = within 3 days of delivery as indicated per online package tracking.
  • Returns of this nature must be sent back to us within one business week after the return-authorization code is e-mailed to the customer.
  • We, as the seller, assume responsibility for shipping out the replacement and will also reimburse the customer for the return postage of any defective/incorrect items.

If Non-Defective Items Were Shipped:

  • If the customer no longer needs/wants some or part of the shipped order, the full-purchase price of the items minus a 5% restock fee will be reimbursed upon return acceptance. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded as the postage has already been tendered.
  • A return-authorization code for non-defective merchandise may be requested within two business weeks of receipt of package.
  • Refunds via Paypal or credit card will be made on eligible items returned in new, unused condition within one business week of receipt of the return-authorization code.
  • The shipping cost of returning non-defective merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. (Customer may opt to return an item to us directly in person at a convention we will be at in order to save on return shipping charges.)
  • The customer may return items in the original packaging or provide own – however the customer is responsible for making sure the items are safely repacked for the return.

 

Special Note on Colors:

We will do our best to accurately represent colors – but please be aware that due to differences in screen brightness/resolution, all images will vary depending on the device viewed on. Colors that do not match your monitor are not considered defective. (Please feel free to contact us ahead of time if you have any exact color-matching requirements.)
