  • Orders will ship out from one of our workshops in Bridgeton, MO or St. Ann, MO. Shipping destinations within Missouri will be subject to state tax for the item total not including the shipping cost.
  • All orders placed through our online shopping cart ship via USPS, which is the most reliable and most cost-efficient option available. However, we are willing to ship via customers’ FedEx or UPS corporate accounts – although this may add 1-2 days before order is posted. Please e-mail us first so we can send you a personal invoice without the default shipping cost.
  • Our online shopping cart only handles orders that will be shipped. To avoid any confusion, every order placed via our website here must be mailed. (If you’d like to pre-pay for items that can be picked up at any conventions we’ll be visiting, please keep an eye out at our page on Facebook for opportunities at our upcoming events.)
  • We ship to the confirmed address you have specified on your payment account notification – whether this is through Paypal or your card or bank. If in the event that you provide a non-confirmed address &/or you do not claim your package at your local post office, and the package is returned to us, you are entitled to a refund on the purchase price of the items (not including the already-spent postage cost.) You may opt to then attempt a new order to a different/corrected address.

 

    • Shipping is calculated automatically in the cart system, based on zip code (for the US) or specific country. An estimate appears on the Cart page, but the final choice can be selected on the Check-Out page. Here is the break-down of the default shipping choices:

STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Domestic
    • ships out within 2-5 business days.
    • shipped via First Class Mail Package Services – which averages 2-5 days of transit time in the continental US. If you have selected Standard Shipping, we may opt to upgrade your order to Priority Mail at no additional charge to you.
    • online tracking + delivery confirmation is included, and will be forwarded to your e-mail of your billing address.
    • NOTE = Standard Shipping is meant for smaller orders, under 1 pound. This choice will default to either multiple packages and/or Priority Mail after the order becomes too heavy for domestic First Class Mail service.
  • International
    • “First Class Package Service” a.k.a. Airmail (1-5 week average estimated transit time) is available on this cart for most countries.
    • Online proof of posting is included to show the date of shipment.
    • Insurance against loss is now AUTOMATICALLY included in the shipping cost for all international destinations.
    • Additionally, shipping to the following countries is compatible with USPS online delivery confirmation: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.

PRIORITY MAIL

  • Domestic
    • ships out within 1-4 business days.
    • shipped via USPS Priority Mail – which averages 1-3 days of transit time in the continental states. This service is not date-guaranteed, but in general is very reliable to that ETA.
    • online tracking + delivery confirmation is included, and will be forwarded to your e-mail of your billing address.
    • $50 or $100 of insurance is included for this service, depending on weight.
  • International
    • ships out within 1-4 business days.
    • shipped via USPS International Priority Mail…with transit times + customs times that vary greatly for each country, from 6-10 business days usually. This service is not date-guaranteed. (Please be aware that Canada in particular has extremely slow service, so plan accordingly.)
    • online tracking (+ indemnity against loss or damage) is included with all non-flat-rate Priority options, and will be forwarded to your e-mail of your billing address. (For small flat rate orders, only the countries listed above in the First Class section are eligible for delivery confirmation/tracking in that case.)
    • For any and all packages mailed internationally, there may be unexpected and unspecified delays if the package is held at the incoming border customs. This is random and the delay varies by country. This potential delay is not (and cannot be) specified in the estimated average.
    • We, as the seller, ARE responsible to mail the package within a reasonable time-frame and to provide an online proof of mailing, but we are NOT responsible for delays AFTER mailing such as those caused by any inefficiency of delivery services within other countries, customs screening, extreme weather, postal strikes, civil unrest or simply non-valid addresses. Please stay updated on the current postal situation in your area and take any necessary actions to pick up your mail if it cannot be delivered directly to your home due to local procedures. We highly recommend choosing a shipping address where someone will be home/available when the package arrives.
    • International customers are responsible for any possible import duties and/or VAT that their particular regions may impose. All orders from us are legally marked as “merchandise” (not as “gift”) and include the full purchase price on the customs’ form for each item.

EXPRESS MAIL

  • Domestic
    • ships out by next business day.
    • shipped via USPS Express Mail – which is overnight or 2-day transit time within the continental states. This service is date-guaranteed, and your postage will be refunded if the package does not arrive on the business day indicated on the tracking page.
    • may require an acceptance signature, so please be sure there is someone present during the day to sign for the package.
    • online tracking + delivery confirmation + insurance is included for this delivery method, and will be forwarded to your e-mail of your billing address.
  • International
    • ships out by next business day.
    • shipped via USPS International Express Mail – with transit times + customs times that vary greatly for each country, about 5 days usually. (With this method, once it reaches your country, instead of being handled by your local postal carrier, it will be handled by FedEx.)
    • may require an acceptance signature, so please be sure there is someone present during the day to sign for the package.
    • online tracking + insurance is included with this delivery method, and will be forwarded to your e-mail of your billing address.
